Bentley Merchandise Store FAQ

Shipping:

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. As these items are “made to order” production time will take approximately 7-10 business days plus time in transit. You can expect your item within 2-3 weeks.

If you are shipping outside the United States, but ordering from the Americas store, please contact bentleysupport@nadel.com for a quote.

 If you are ordering from a region store outside of the Americas, your order request will be submitted to the Nadel team in that region for a quote to make sure the delivered price includes all duties/taxes to the shipment destination. You should receive your quote within 24-48 hours. Once you review the quote and approve you will need to provide a credit card or PO number to finalize.  If you have special order requests or if you need to ship sooner, please contact bentleysupport@nadel.com, and we will respond within 1 business day.

Returns:

As these items are branded, returns are prohibited. Please make sure to review the size charts to choose the correct size for apparel. Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost.

How to make payment:

If you are buying for yourself, as a personal item, please use your own Credit Card. If you are buying and plan to submit an expense report and be reimbursed by Bentley for your order, please make sure you have your manager’s approval before placing an order.

If you are paying using a purchase order (PO) number, please enter the PO# at check-out. An invoice will be sent after delivery of your order to AP. An approved PO number MUST be supplied at time of check out.

Is there a limit to what I can buy and how often I place orders?

There is not a limit. However, if you are using a PO, this is pulled out of your company cost center. So, you should be clear on your budget from your manager. Minimums vary based on the item selected and will be noted as such on the ordering website.

What if I don’t see something I want to order?
